The work goes on although it was almost nothing done during the winter. For Béa and me the last year was developing in a negative direction to start with. Both of us lost our jobs in the aftermath of September 11. But new jobs came up after a while in another part of the world and now we are up and running again. Sea Otter will be ready next spring if all goes well.
Of the interior, there are no changes in plans. However, we have once more changed our decision about the electrical system. After a lot of thought and consultations with experts, the Stirling Engine genset has not yet been enough properly tested on midsize yachts and therefore we are reverting to an AC genset for our electricity needs.
